I was handed over to JM attorneys for a loan account that i was behind on. After paying them for almost 3 years and getting nowhere with regards to amount owed i decided to request a settlement and pay the amount in full. Three months after i have settled my account and have been hounding them for my paid up letter only to learn that they owe me money and need to refund me. I have been on the phone with them too many times to count wanting to know what is happening with my account and when i will get the money back they owe me and the only excuse i get is that it is being processed. why is it so easy for these companies to blacken your name when you owe money but they can take as much time as they want to pay you money that they owe you and there is nothing you can do about it... Totally pathetic. I have even approched an attorney to handle this matter and they blatantly ignore all letters sent to them by the attorneys.. How can they still be in business and be allowed to collect moneys on behalf of lenders when they themselves cannot abide by credit laws.
