Norton Lambrianos Attorneys are persistently harassing me telephonically for debt owed to Nedbank.
I have repeatedly informed them of my personal position since my small business collapsed as follows: Unemployed - Chronically Ill - Retired.
They have requested affidavits and banking details and doctors certificates which I have sent to them repeatedly.
This harassment is illegal yet these so called "officers of the courts" still persist with this practice. They should know the laws concerning harassment signed into law recently.
The harassment starts from 07h00 until around 17h00 on my landline and mobile phone. I receive about six to ten SMS' per week.
There activity borders on extortion, racketeering at worst and harassment at best.
Their harassment staff are often rude and talk one down on the phone and will not accede to my regular request for them to email me. Although I apparently have at least three accounts they attend to, I can receive a call from each harasser every day.
Their behaviour is typical of the legal profession who feel they are above the law.
