After numerous phone calls from the TV license call centre and VVM, I am still being told that I'm owing them money! I know I don't owe any money because I have had agents inform me that my account is up to date and that my next payment is next year June (2014), to my surprise I still receive rude phone calls instructing me to pay money I don't owe! I need this sorted out ASAP as its very disturbing!...
Very irate client!!!
