On 25June 2013 i made a settlement amount for my RCSGAME Account at Absa bank, thereofre i have send a proof of payment viaq e-mail. after that i called vvmattorneys to ask them to send me my settlement letter till today i havent received anything from them, Least they used to send me my account balance every month and sending me reminders that i should make a payments each month which i did made arrangements with them to deduct my money via debit order. I have been calling them and everytime they tell me that i must give them my e-mail address so that they can send my settlement letter to me but nothing has been received from them, am so angry, sad, mad about the way they treat the clients which they will always call me and ask when am i going to pay my account. i havealready spend about R500.00 for my airtime calling them. the worst part of it is i payed the balance on the 25 June 2013 at absa bank.today i called again to ask for my settlement letter, they told me that my account has been closed and it shows that it is payed up. and they before and told me that i should call game and tell them to updatemycreditrecordsontheirsideandametoldmethatVVM Attorneys are the one to updat
