No response after full settlement was made

28 December 2012 Tatum Arnold send me a settlement letter for my motorbike.

on 4th Jan 2013, my fiance emailed him proof of full and final settlement of this account.
on 9th, 10th, 11th and 14thJan 2013, she emailed him again, confirming that proof of settlement is attached and if he could please send letter stating that the account has been settled in full and what the procedure is for collecting the motorbikes pappers.

Tatum NEVER responded. He just sent the original settlement letter of how much was owing and then never bother to respond again once payment was made.

So typical!!! When you owe the bank money they will bother you endlessly, but once you have paid them and they need to supply you with service, then NOTHING happens.

Today is 12th Feb more that a month later. Standard bank has not bothered to contact me.

Please send me the proof of full and final settlement letter also, kindly advise where I can collect my motorbikes papers from.
