I am very upset that this is the second complaint I'm posting on hellopeter regarding this matter!
I paid up the outstanding amount that I owed on my RCS loan account but am now being given the run-arou d by VVM.
VVM I paid you every cent that I owed and am upset after having been promised by Mirriam that I will receive the settlement on 09/10/2013. I still havent received what is due to me!!!
Either send me my letter of settlement or give back all the money that I have paid towards the claring of this account.
I don't need any &bull stories!!!
JUST GIVE ME MY SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!
