In December 2012, I went to see Pieter Pretorius from L.L.B. & Associates in Hazel Park, Germiston icw my Unfair Dismissal. He took all my details, documents from the company and a deposit. He said he was going to log a case with the CCMA and will notify me in the new year with the case number and further action. To date, NOTHING!!! After numerous phone calls and emails (he did not respond to any of them). Finally I spoke to him today on the phone (7th September 2013). He said he can't remember me and has no file open in my name. After trying to get some sort of answer from him, he put the phone down. Furthermore, I phone the CCMA and they have no record of my case. Not the type of behavior I expected from a lawyer.
