Unfair dismissal case

I dismissed by my employer verbally and I took my case to the commission for conciliation, mediation and arbitration, was dismissed on the 18.10.2013 my case was held today 22.11.2013 .as an applicant I was told what to do like I'm wasting time explaining myself only my employer was given all attention I was even threatened by the interpreter that they don't have time to play as my employer told them that I resigned and lying to them and it ended like they will notify us within 14 working days of the out come of the case but I could see that I was going to loose it as if they were bought by the employe
