Being a client for so many years whent to open a case for unfair dismassal whereby I was informed scorpion will forward my case to ccma and will get back to me the lawyer also advised me to get more documents wich I did that was on the 6-01-14 only to find out on the 14-01-14 after I phoned them to hear what's happening about the case that they can not help me anymore as it is not a winnible case that I got informed from the reception lady why could Scorpion not phoned me myself after I got hold of the person who has declined my case he told me he does not have my file but will get back to me till now he hasn't and they are aware that I have only 30 days to appeal. Very dissapointed in Scorpion as I have to start from fresh now to appeal at Ccma myself and not being informed in a proper manner. Does Scorpion only do winnible cases? why then not advertise it together with stirke back legally. And why waste my time in going up and down for more documents giving me hope that they were gonne help.
