An MTN account was opened in my name and MBD attorneys contacted me for account payment. I explained to lady I was a victim of, and not liable for account. Despite sending 3 faxes and about 4 emails with my id copy and affidavit, I still get harassed for account payment. This despite them not being able to provide me with a telephone no, amount due, or where account was opened. How can so many faxes and emails go missing? Today I spoke to Lebong at call centre. This young man was rude, sarcastic and down right unprofessional. Mr Basson, the owner of MBD attorneys always praises his staff and skill in media when it comes to customer relations. Mr Basson, I challenge you to firstly hear a recording of how your staff speak to clients, and secondly view facebook page BAN MBD ATTORNEYS
