Poor service call centre

Good day,
I made a payment on the 04/10/2013 to NBA and spoke to Goodness (employee) she told me i will only receive my letter on Monday (07/10/2013). I called today and I'm told its another day when i spoke to Belinda Montse who later mute my call when i was speaking to her and never returned my call. My query there is one person to receive all payment notifications (ThandiM) and shes not there, no one reads/assist in payments. I find this appalling coz we all cant wait on one person to check our emails. Thandi is not there now and my account is still not updated because she hasnt read my mail. Please assist because Im tired of calling the same people and no one is assisting me because ThandiM is not there. Please sort out your call centre, this is ubsurd.
