I have received 6 phones calls and a number of sms due to my unpaid Tracker account, every time the lady calls or I call them, they say Mr Swanepoel, when are you going to pay your account, I have on every occasion advised them they have the wrong cell number and I am not Mr Swanepoel, I have told them to contact the complainant and get the correct info, due to their total in efficiency all the do is say we will change the number, and remove my number, HAHAHAHAHAHA, a day or 2 later I get another sms, surely a law firm of this size should do some checking, obviously not!!!
