I contacted the SABC regarding my TV License... I was a certain Mrs Vika for a while - then my surname was changed but when speaking to Reagan and Emma at SABC TV Licenses the matter was resolved early in the week.
I received a call from a 'lady'... I explained the situation to her but she became insultive, she wasn't listening and eventually told me that I should never consider myself better as the next person.
I contacted the SABC this morning confirmed once again that the matter has been resolved but Shapiro Sheik De Vries... your staff is in need of training, empathy and if you can, get some hearing aids too, they lack listening skills.
