On October 31st 2000 I was declared insolvent. I left South Africa in October 2007 to live in the UK. In May 2013 I started receiving communications from Books and Luyt regarding non payment of a credit card account. I have forwarded the details of my insolvency to Brooks and Luyt, but continue to receive letters of demand. As it is almost 13 years since I had any dealings with FNB I am concerned about identity. I requested details of the outstanding demand in order to verify if it is my old debt. I have still not received any details such as the quantity and date of the alleged debt.
