MDB was responsible for my FNB Smart Credit Card and gave me a settlement figure to settle the account, in turn I was promised a settlement letter and that my profile with FNB will also be rectified. I paid this account in July and to this date I haven't received any response. I am being sent from pillar to post everytime I call their contact centre. This is also affecting my credit score with FNB as I cannot apply for other products.
