I had an account problem with Avon and NBA. At first I made payment arrangements for a R1300 account as mentioned by a NBA consultant... after I made my last payment, I found out that I still owed over R300 more. Which I paid off. I was told that I would get a paid up letter as soon as I make the last payment, together with ITC updates. I made that payment on the 26th of last month and I am pretty sure they got the payment because they always give me a call if they did not get it. When I call them, I always get apologies and that I will get it as soon as possible. Can someone please get me that letter and that ITC update. My life is at a standstill because of this.
