What a slap in the face for trying to do right

I called MBD as i was promised in one of their sms that i qualified for an 20% discount when i pay the full amount as lumpsum, i now take my whole savings (which have matured) and trying to do the right thing by paying 80% of lumpsum debt, now i am told i dont qualify for the 20%.

In that case i suppose I can take my money and invest it again until it is enough to pay the whole debt, what a slap in the face for trying to do right.

I am so dissapointed MBD, if this is how you treat your customers, I wonder how much money do you loosed by declining clients an opportunity to pay you back.
