I have been waiting OVER a week for NIsha Anthony to get back to me regarding my policy. I tried to claim and it was declined. I have asked her to let me know what changes have been made to my policy as well as what i am and am not covered for in plain english. Your Policies are jargon to me. I find it rather annoying that she is so tremendously friendly, couriteous and helpful when declining my claim but when asked for her to do something from her side, she plainly ignores me. I have not once been rude or nasty with her, so this is just a slap in the face from her. She is definatley not a good image for your company if this is how she deals with yoru clients after rejected claims
