I received a bad service fron the Attorneys that were appointed by LIPCO for my divorce matter, i then contacted LIPCO head office in Cape Town to inform them about this attorneys and i then requested to be provided with a new arttoney that is based in Pretoria Central for my convinience. A lady called Anthea Solomon promised me that she will do so within a week, however a week passed nothing happened and i contacted her again she promised that she will come back to me, and she never did. i then decided to email her and she promised me that the new lawyers details will be provided to me, after some time i emailed her again seeing that there is nothing coming forth and she never responded.
On the 16 Sept 2013 i founed her, and i was so suprised when she told me that my file is closed and she will try to re open it, but she will first contact the previous attorneys to clear some few things.
In the first place she never ever informed me about closing my file for any reaosons, secondly my request was for LIPCO to appoint a new attorney, and that is all that i have requested till to date nothing has happened, and my matter is pending because of LIPCO's reluctant to assist me.
