Accord's inabiltiy to keep to their words

I am now forced to cancel my services with Accord, only been in service for 6 months due to their non-compliance of their promised service. Their exuberant service fees are a rip off. They have made payments to my 2 accounts which I closed and I advised them in advance via email not to pay this 2 particular accounts as they were closed. Nevertheless, they failed to adhere to my instructions and took matters into their own hands. Now for the past 2 months, I am thrown from pillar to post by Accord's staff in trying to retrieve these 2 payments which amounts to R845.00. They do not respond to my emails or calls, leaving myself more in debt, with cost of phone calls, they ask me to do their job and try to recover this monies from my creditors. My creditors told me this was a slap in the face especially when Accord is being paid for their so called services. Micheal Lilley is not afraid at all of losing Accord's clients, he is the most vile and rude person in the customer service industry. They do not care at all as this money is not theirs and he made it quite clear in his email that it obviously does not concern them as its not their own money, rather the client's.
