In march 2013 i was called by a company called executive debt solutions (NCRDC398 TEL NO 0219300165) and my consultant was Shanaaz who offered me debt counseling which i accepted as i was in debt. My debt counselor was DENVER SAMPSON (TEL 0218204327). They started debiting my account in June and 3 months later I was contacted again and told that Denver had broken away from Executive Debt Solutions and started his own company called CSJ Management located in CTI Business Park, Unit 5D, Vasco, Vasco Boulevard. This got me very suspicious and I contacted them a number of times on 0871501536 and Tel: 021 820 4327 then eventually went to speak to them face to face. He explained a long story that didn't make any sense and eventually refunded me an amount of only R1, 497.80 from the 3 installments I had already paid to them (R5, 100.00). I paid R1700 every month. I have been trying to get the rest of the money refunded since then with no success. I called and emailed several times and asked to speak to him and also left messages for him to get back to me but he never did. I really need the money back as nothing was done to address my creditors.
