FNB how can we help you? HUH!!! I sent an email to the homeloans department we are ready to build our dream home and who else should we ask but FNB given their great ads and innovation WELL what a slap in the face, they will not help us UNLESS we open a current account with them and move our salaries to this account, would that not be my intention IF i am happy with thier offer and service. How arrogant, so thinking maybe it was a misunderstanding I phone their call centre well same slap in the face ARROGANCE, "well thats how we work either you move your account to us and then we will consider you otherwise we cannot help you" WOW Nedbank on the other hand happy to assist me sent info within 3 minutes and we will apply with them. Thanks alot FNB I think perhaps you are your own BEEP bank
