Still waiting

I have bern waiting since June 2012 for my fathers late estate to be finalised
Last correspondence was June this year
The only time this company seems to react is when a complaint is logged on Hello Peter
So perhaps this complaint will get their attention again (my second complaint) and perhaps they can release my fathers estare money to me and get this over with
Please will someone respond, this is so frustrating
