Since lodging a complaint with Hello Peter on the 20th June 2013 and receiving a reply indicating that the matter is receiving attention and someone will call me, I am still waiting. This is what happened when I lodged the initial complaint with ABSA... They just ignored it. What a bad service this bank is giving to its customers. You will think that there is no Management responsible for performance management who would have picked up this. It just shows that no one cares as long as customers are milked out of their last penny. I am still waiting for that someone to resolve my complaint just like I waited since February 2013.
