Etirement policies upon death not being paid

Father passed on early last year May 2012& had some policies with OM, a retirement plan I'm sole beneficary was not made aware to me by my aunt who was the exacutor of my fathers estate. I only became aware of it when she asked to fill in forms which is when I went to the branch in Benoni to enquire about my fathers policies. There I was told all his policies have been paid out to my aunt except a retirement plan to which I'm the sole beneficary. I filled all the documents submitted was given ref: work flow 2054736 10/8/2012. Months went by with out response so did a follow up myself, the cosultant told me on the 24/8/2012 a letter was allegedly sent to my aunt who I'm not on good terms that additional affidavits were needed affidavts were done&submitted ref workflow 2123945 on 5/12/2012.I submitted these documents I was told the main file had gone missing, how do important claim documents go missing? A dummy file was sent to the trustees, these are people appointed to decide wheather you need this money or not, but why cause I'm the beneficary?? Complaint after complaint has been sent to OMSTA complaints they dept ref CA5415862 still no feedback or sign of payout even all docs submited
