Not allot of "happy faces" for "Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates" I notice and after my experience with them I understand why! A couple of years ago they started corresponding for alleged outstanding TV Licence fees. We forwarded the necessary documents required and had to resent again a few times. The process then were already extremely frustrating but according to me eventually sorted out because the Credit Controller "told us" that it was. Now 3 years later we get another "Final Demand" for R3 300!!!
Are they really going to put me through this tedious process again!! I tried doing "the right thing" and contacted them on 0878250600, went through all the "voice prompt" steps and when pressing "9" to speak to an "operator"... NOTHING...
So yes... "they are going to put me through this tedious process again!! "
