Late delivery, NO reply or appologies

I ordered a fathers day gift for my father in law on the 27th of May 2013. Taking into consideration that fathers day is on a Sunday, I requested that the delivery be made the 14th of June. The courier phoned on the 15th and informed him that they wouldn't be making it but will TRY to deliver it the next Monday.
I have emailed NetFlorist THREE times (17 June, 7 July, 30 July) over the past month and have still not heard a word.
If you hope to have your goods delivered on time, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME and ENERGY WITH THESE GUYS! Despite their ads, they will only disappoint you.
