I had an account with i talk and i do blame myself in that i did not pay.it was handed over to mbd for a nokia n95, about 5yrs ago account was opened.mbd called about 1 and half year later said account handed over.balance they said 7 or 8000.i was shocked.started paying 200 a month to keeep them quiet, harassing me.called beginning 2013 for balance told 19000, 19000 for n95 cellphone, money i was paying was going for there telephone calls and smses.they didnt tell me until i called to ask balance, is this lawful with new credit act, duplim law, please me as they harrasing and phoning continuously threatening.unemployed as of 11th august.each they call balance going up and up.call center rude arragont.this is a nightmare, dont know what to do, want account dissapeared but interest interest, urgent help needed
