Good morning, i have outstanding balance with Unisa and i remember i was sending email now and then to Unisa to give me the balance im owing, Because they closed their call center i couldn't speak to them, from last year i have been receiving calls from ITC BA saying i have the outstaning balance and the amount is R800 and some couple of rands, i paid them R100.00 * 3 and R50.00 its comes to R350.00 and i received a call again from their Rude!!! agents saying i still have the balance of R800 and some cent, i asked them why is the balance not going down always going up, they told me because of the calls and sms's, i decided not to be called and sending sms's a day after i received sms from them, and i end up not paying bcos they are making money out of me. past 3 months i still receive calls from them, I asked them im going to report the, in my calculation R800 - R350 I own Unisa R450 and some rands, nw i get calls saying they are going to put my name on credit bureau, why should i still get calls and sms if i still have to pay for them, im not going to finish paying my balance im not going to pay them the interest im going to pay R460 to settle mt debt, they cant make money out of me.
