Request for balance on Credit Card

I have been trying to get the balance on my Wesbank Credit card. I have called the call center, who directed me to MDB Attorneys as my account has been handed over. I called them, and the account has been closed with them. I have now made about 10 calls to various numbers, and no-one seems to know who I have to speak to. I have also sent an email to the call center stating this and have not received any response. This email was sent Tuesday last week. And according to the auto-response, I was supposed to have received a response by now.
I would like to settle this account. And just know what the balance is on this card.
The call center is useless - they keep referring me from one number to another. I have spent a small fortune on cell phone costs trying to get a balance. WHERE ARE MY STATEMENTS?
