These attorneys did a transfer for me. Besides Me Du Plessis being one of the sellers (the transfer should not have been done by her own firm), it took 14 months to complete the transfer. I saw the attorney once when the purchase agreement was signed. Despite numurous requests, she never called me back and she was not willing to make an appointment. Even the candidate attorney will not return my calls. I eventually went to sit in their reception area until somebody could give me confirmation that the papers has been lodged.
Now I am waiting on the title deed. Three emails and 3 phone calls and the only person I have spoken to is the receptionist.
