The service from STD BANK is shocking...
It has been over a month and STD BANK cannot supply the title deed to the cancellation attorneys whom they have appointed and apparently the cancellation attorneys have been in contact with the bank on a daily bases, something which shouldn't take more than 10 days???
The cancellation attorneys have escalated to the attorney liaison and still cannot get a response on when we will receive the title deed!?!?!
I dont know how STD bank can appoint Brian Albert Attorneys as they are useless which makes the matter worse
Even though I am the purchaser on the property and yes I am also a STD bank client, this is not acceptable as my transfer which should have taken place a few weeks ago has been delayed and I am liable for occupational rent
