In settling an account for an employee it has been a month since the account was settled and despite continuous emails and phone calls, I have still not been able to get a confirmation of settlement from them. Instead I continue to get calls demanding payment.
It would appear that Meloshni manages the collections department, but she is continually unavailable and does not return phone calls.
Its is very disappointing that the a company that offers such a poor level of service is still in business.
