I received a call today from a collections agent advising that my account was handed over to them due to none payment. A few months ago I was contacted by RL DALY attorneys with regards to the same account and I made a payment arrangment with them and ptp R600 per month until the account is settled. I have been paying every month into the ABSA merchant credit account (aac no. 1600032379) and the account should be up to date. I spoke to the agents at RL DALY and they advised that the account was closed on their side.
Please can someone advise whats going on. The refernce I used whe making payment was 999999121944000
