Paid up account demanded by another company

I paid up a prescribed debt to DMC in June last year for a Totalsports account I had more than 5 years back. But now I have been receiving calls and sms's from RL Daly attorneys who claim I still owe the debt.

It looks like DMC have not closed the account and thus bought by RL Daly.

DMC please remove my name from ITC and inform whoever needs to be informed that the debt is settled.

I will send you proof of payment on request.
