I complained regarding the collection processes regarding R80.00 overdue on a account. This was on the Friday 15th Nov. (No calls only treats of handing over) phoning the call centre advising them of the closure of my account after settling the full outstanding R3 000 . On the Sat 16th I received a call from your collections requesting/demanding a R680.00 payment.
Well from there I have received several phone calls requesting my ID number every time "I will phone back" yet only Mpho Tau phoned back and advised that this will be handed to the collections manager 19/11/2013.
Yet to date no phone calls resolving my complaint. My name is Vanessa (Gouws) Annandale ID 8103300123084.
If any of your staff feel 'n bit of proudness regarding the company and there jobs (getting a monthly salary for) someone will phone me and resolve my issue.
Now that you have my money now I have become a 0 on your system.
