After being on debt review we have managed to pay off all our bills accept for one credit card Nedbank go-banking I have been handed over to the attorneys Smitt Jones&pratt. I have phoned and spoke to Lorna Nowicki and asked her what the outstanding amount is and settlement amount to pay this credit card.
the outstanding amount is R12 266.96 incl interest and legal fees, although the settlement amount is R17 272.74 excl further legal fees and interest. i have mailed Lorna to ask her how is it possible from R12 000 to go to R17 000 this is alot of money.i am still wondering how do they get to R17 272.74 and for how long am I going to pay this credit card off?? shocked how the normal people with normal sallary's just have to keep on paying.
