Having a credit card with virgin money - absa, we went under debt review and struggled to everything we were handed over to brooks and luyt paying this credit card off from 2006. i phoned them june to ask how much am i sill owing to settle this credit card, and then i heard the credit card has been settled desember 2012 i have payed brooks and luyt from januarie - june, phoned them to ask how do i do it to get the money back that i have over paid 3 weeks later speaking to 5 different people and making promises to phone me back . i still havent heard anything from them and still dont have my money back.
