Who is this small time, nothing better to do, pathetic debt collection company?? It started early 2009... one sms after the other. I apparently had outstanding debt, originating from 2001. The 8-yr accumalated interest was a laugh... should see it now, 4 years later!! I phoned them, mailed them, faxed them proof of settlement. Then they argued that there is still an amount (thousands of rands with interest of course) outstanding. Once again I mailed them, requesting proof of the original amount, the interest as well as their attempts to contact me during the previous 8 years. SILENCE...!!! Didn't hear a word for the next few months and then... one day it started all over again & hasn't stopped since. Where can one complain about this kind of harassment?? Why is it allowed? How long is this still going to continue... forever??
