I had a debt of R366 with Ethekwini Hospital in April 2010, my medical aid was supposed to pay but they did not because the hospital is not on carecross. Mr account was referred to the Attorneys (R Kasipershad), the Attoneys never phoned me or send me letter of which they claim they did. beggining of this month they sent me an sms regarding my debt and I phoned them, it is when they told me that I am owing R1700. I did not understand why I am owing this much, people I spoke with when I phoned them were very rude. I tried to talk to them I even phoned the hospital. We finally agreed on R900 as a setllement. I paid on the 5/06/2013 and sent them proof of payment. Brendan promised to send me a paid letter as soon as my payment reflects on the system. I sent him a reminder yesterday (12/06/2013), he promised to send me a letter yesterday (12/06/2013) but he never did. I sent him an e-mail today at 13h19, he did not respond. Please help.
