Hi, you guys keep sending me emails/sms and continuously phone me regarding an account that i have never had and do not owe. Ref no: A1806780 MTN. I mentioned to you that i do not have a contract with MTN and thus do not owe you anything and this is affecting my credit record as it shows on my profile. what more do i need to do to so you can fix this??
