I have been calling and sending emails to Cell C since September last year begging them to remove my name on ITC because i dont have any contract with them, they have confirmed several times that my profile will be updated but even now my credit record shows that i have arrears of R300 on my Cell C, i really need help what must i do to get my name cleared coz i cannot get credit from other instituitions because of this, please Hello Peter tell me what must i do or should i contact National Credit Regulator myself?
