No Call Centre

I had an urgent query about something I needed to buy, but there are no phone numbers for the Call Centre, there is only an email, that really because even with an email which I sent I got an automated resonse which state that my quiery will be responded to within 2 working days, and the special is ending at midnight.

You must get a call centre to handle queries, for the fact that you are in an Internet Industry you should have an operating Call Centre
