IM ACTUALLY HOLDING ON FOR THE CALL CENTRE FOR THE PAST 50MINUTES, ALL THE NUMBERS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE GO TO THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE.THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST PATHETIC SERVICE YOU CAN GET FROM A CALL CENTRE.
I WONDER IF THIS IS THE NORMAL TIME PERIOD FOR THEIR CALL CENTRE BECAUSE IM SURE THE OTHER AIRLINES DONT OFFER SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE.AND I WONDER IF THERE IS ONLY 1 CALL CENTRE AGENT WORKING TODAY.
