No call centre!!

I want to purchase something from Cityslicker but I need more information on the size of the product. There is no call centre listed and when I sent an email I got an automated response "All your queries will be attended to as soon as possible, within 3 business days." By that time the special offer will have expired. The item doesn't have any brand so I cannot get info via the supplier.

Reading through other complaints on Hellopeter I found a number for a call centre. There is an automated voice message "our lines are closed until further notice" and asking you to send an email.

I was tempted to buy the item and return it if necessary but I can see from Hellopeter complaints that Cityslicker doesn't get round to paying out the refunds. There are so many postings on Hellopeter about lack of communication, no refunds, lousy customer service etc that it's amazing Cityslicker is still in business! Even their responses on Hellopeter are cut and paste standards apologising for inconvenience and talking about a backlogs or technical difficulties.

Cityslicker: Please respond on when you will set up a call centre. I won't be purchasing from you until you do.
