I bought a gas oven stove on the 02/04/2013 from a company called Sunrose Online situated in Durban.

A week after payment I received the stove with damages, but in the beginning I was unaware of the damages because it was wrapped and it was delivered to a catholic parish in sea point.

In the email, Zaheer agreed to seeing the damages, i have proof to back up this statement.

The Parish keeper signed for the stove but she wasn't aware of the damages seeing at the stove was wrapped.

when I found out about the damages it was about 2 and a half weeks later, my whole purpose of buying the stove was for the parish's function.

I then immediately phoned the gentleman who sold me the stove (Zaheer) I also emailed him explaining the damages, gas leak and the dented panels and he sent transport to collect the stove.

3 weeks later he replied saying the leaks are fixed but the dents on the panels are not his responsibility and he was meant to pay for transport to bring the stove back and he said I must claim from Koreas transport company which I never made a deal with.
up to now i am still waiting for gas stove and have not received a refund.
