Can't get through call centre

I have been trying to get through the call centre since from yesterday, my call was just cut while i was still talking. Today all the numbers listed on their website have a voice message that they are busy. First for women please up your game we cannot be having problems with call centre for 2 days without being fixed. Remember your customers might be involved in an accident and require urgent assistance. Please fix your call centre lines asap.
