Refund on McLaren Circus Tickets

On the 1st of March 2013 I received an email from Cityslicker saying that due to limited amount of vouchers available for the deal, they were not able to validate my order as it sold out.

They then asked whether I wanted credit on my CitySlicker account or a bank refund.

I emailed them back on the 4th of March and requested that they do a bank refund. I sent reminders again on the 20th and 25th of March but I have still not even received a reply.

They said my refund would take 7-10 working days however it has been nearly a month.
