I have placed an order for a Maxi dress, and the deal expired on 23/01/2013. Fine print on the deal states that the dress will be delivered between 14 and 21 days from deal closing date. On 18/02/2013 (25 days later) the Supplier informed me that the dresses did not arrive at her premises yet, and that Cityslicker will have to refund us. Why could this not be sorted out sooner? On 19/02/2013 Cityslicker informed me that my refund will take 7 - 10 working days to be paid into my account. Till date (15 working days later) I have not received a refund and all my e-mails that I send on a daily basis, gets ignored. There is no telephone number available on the website, so we can only rely on e-mails.

Cityslicker wants their money as soon as possible, otherwise the deal will not go through. BUT, it is a different story when they need to refund you.
