I never bought from this site before, this was my first time, I was a bit sceptical but knew how much my son would love the circus so I Bought a voucher for mclaren circus which was suppose to be for tomorrow night. My family and I were very excited as the advert was still running meaning there were still tickets to be bought. Next day i get a email saying that REGRETS the tickets are sold out and they will refund me. I responded saying that i was really disappointed as they should be keeping better track of what they still have available to be sold and i would like a refund to my bank acc, till now i have still not received a response to my email. Noticing all the complaints about refunds here, it worries me that i will have to wait more than 7-10 working days and i will not appreciate that.
